Delivery Policy

At Gtech  we provide fast and secure delivery of our IT services. Our goal is to ensure you get access to your services timely and without any hassle.

1. IT Service Delivery

All IT services, such as web development, mobile app development, hosting and managed IT support, are delivered online.

2. Custom IT Services & Development

Some services, like hosting setup or other IT  support, may take longer. We will inform you about the estimated delivery time in advance.

For custom software, website, or mobile app development, delivery times depend on the project & clients communication. 

However, if the client is irresponsible and does not receive our calls or provide updates regarding timely changes, or delayed payments, we hold the rights to terminate the services.

3. Client-Provided Content & Liability

All content including images, videos and text displayed on websites or any kind of software and applications developed by Gtech is either provided directly by the client or created based on the client’s instructions. Gtech and its employees do not assume any responsibility for the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, or authenticity of the content provided by the client.

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws, regulations, and intellectual property rights. Gtech reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish content that violates legal or ethical standards but is not obligated to do so.

By providing content, the client acknowledges and agrees to indemnify and hold  Gtech or our employees as harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or publication of such content.

4. Service Activation, Expiry & Extension

All IT services must be accessed within the time frame provided at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may result in the service being rendered unavailable. Gtech holds the right to decline service activation beyond the specified period, and no claims for non-access will be entertained.

If a client wishes to extend the service after the initial period has expired, the company may provide an extension upon payment of additional charges. However, Gtech reserves the right to approve or decline service continuation at its sole discretion.

5. Client Responsibility & Change Requests

Clients are required to clearly define their website, application, or software requirements at the start of the project. Gtech will deliver services based on the client’s initial requirements. 

Any major or minor changes requested after the project commencement will not be entertained unless explicitly agreed upon. Should the client request changes, Gtech reserves the right to either implement the changes or decline them.

If the client insists on changes after project initiation, Gtech reserves the right to either terminate the services or proceed with the project upon charging additional fees.

Gtech is not responsible for any delays in the project timeline caused by repeated change requests from the client, which may alter or change the estimated delivery time.

Additional charges will apply for extra hours incurred due to new requirements that do not align with the initial scope of work. The client is fully responsible for providing clear and accurate project requirements from the beginning.

Client Payment for Website Hosting & Email Services

Gtech shall not be held responsible for the expiry or renewal of website hosting services or email services if the client fails to make timely payments for such services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all hosting and email service payments are made in accordance with the agreed terms.

Third-Party Tool Liability

Gtech is not responsible for any delays in service response caused by third-party tools used by the client for rendering services to their customers.Any performance issues, integration problems, or delays caused by third-party tools are the sole responsibility of the third-party tool providing services. Gtech will not be held accountable for any delays arising from third-party tools.

Third-Party API Liability

Gtech shall not be held responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party API services, such as OTP, SMS, or email related services. In the event that data fails to appear or issues occur due to third-party API-related problems, the responsibility for such issues lies solely with the third party, not Gtech. We are not liable for any issues resulting from third-party API services.

Policy Updates & Amendments

Gtech reserves the right to modify, update, or renew the Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are advised to regularly review the policy to stay informed about the terms governing their engagement with Gtech and the use of our services.

6. Technical Support

If you have trouble accessing our services or need help, contact our Support Team at info@gteches.com.

We will revert back within 48 business hours excluding the public holidays.
